Cancellations
Life happens, and we completely understand! We kindly ask for at least 24 hours notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment. This allows us to offer your time slot to another client. Cancellations within 24 hours will incur a 50% service charge.
Missed Appointments
We value your time and ours! If an appointment is missed without notice, a 100% service charge will apply to your next booking. We appreciate your understanding—this policy helps us continue providing the best service to all our wonderful clients.
